No. SendForge charges a flat monthly fee based on your plan tier. You send emails through your own infrastructure (Amazon SES, Mailgun, SendGrid, or SMTP), so you pay your provider's rates directly. There are no per-email markups from SendForge.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. No penalties, no lock-in contracts.
Yes. All paid plans (Growth, Agency, Enterprise) include a 14-day free trial with full functionality. No credit card is required to start. The Starter plan is free forever with generous limits for small teams.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal through our payment processor, Paddle. Enterprise customers can arrange invoiced billing with net-30 terms.
Yes. Annual billing is available for all paid plans and includes a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your account settings.
We will notify you when you reach 80% and 100% of your contact limit. You can continue working with existing contacts, but new imports will be paused until you upgrade your plan or reduce your contact count. We never delete your data.
